April is Absolute’s ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
šŸ˜THANK YOU for making Absolute awesome…we still have so much to do! I am offering my $5 class special from now until April 3rd. Buy as many classes as you’d like…must be used by July 31st.
ā˜€ļøNow, let’s get rid of those Winter Blues and replace them with sun and outside workouts, and fun!
As a member, you can continue taking classes like normal, and pay $25 for the nutrition group NUTRITION IS KEY TO RESULTS, pleeease join this group!
You’ll see lots of Summer Shape-Up (SSU) workouts on the schedule. These workouts focus on metabolic conditioning, including AMPRAPS, EMOMS, ladders, accumulators, etc. The SSU schedule will alternate between workouts and active recovery days. Walking/jogging/steady state cardio are recommended for opposite days. We will get some groups going at the gym!
If you don’t want to follow or participate in the SSU schedule, no problem, you still have the option to attend workouts of your choice like you do now. šŸ™‚
🦘ELITE HOPS is coming to AF in April! Starting April 12th, Erika will teach two classes per week: Tues 7pm & Sat 10:30am. Molly and, Erin and I will help out. šŸ™‚ Hops will have an additional fee and you can sign up in the app!
🄊CardioKick – I will teach a new class on Monday mornings. It will be a form of cardio kickboxing: TurboKick, my own choreography, or hitting heavy bags. If you are interested in hitting bags (who isn’t?) then be sure to get some gloves. You can find them on Amazon., but let me know if you have any questions. I will announce which class I’m teaching each week, so you can plan.
ā˜€ļøTerra is adding a Summer Shape-Up workout on Friday mornings at 9:30am. Don’t worry, Cardio Barre Blend isn’t going anywhere. šŸ˜‰ Terra is also teaching STRONG on Saturday’s now…it’s her day off! Molly and I will cover cardio on Sunday mornings.
šŸ›‘Finally a heads up…10:30am classes are on probation. šŸ‘®ā€ā™€ļø They’re not doing well…I’m quite confused by this, but I have come to the conclusion that everyone is ready to move on with their day by 10:30. The 3 person minimum will be enforced and classes will be cancelled if we don’t have 3…it’s group fitness with 2 people. lol Not sure what the answer is here…Perhaps adding classes at 9am would be a better option than 10:30? Let me know what you think…I am flexible and want to do what works for you!
