March madness starts tomorrow! This is a great way to get some extra activity in, on your own time. Each week, you’re assigned exercises to complete. The exercises with the highest reps move to the next week! Let me know if you’d like to join a team: The Mighty McSquatters or The Fightin McBurpees. :)

There are just a couple changes to the GROUP FITNESS schedule.
*Monday Step with Kellie will start at 8am. *Full Body Circuit in Tues & Thurs at 8am starts this week!
*Cardio Stixx on Wed at 7pm is postponed.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
Sun, March 10 @ 5pm – Breathing workshop. Free for unlimited members, $5 for all others.
Friday, March 22 @ 7pm – Turbokick popup $5 per person.
