SUMMER FUN at AF! 🌻
Our Summer schedule officially starts next week, so here’s a list of some great opportunities for you to get active at AF!
🌻GROUP FITNESS CLASSES – We have a great schedule that starts at 5:30am and runs until 8pm! Over 30 classes per week to choose from. For Summer, we’ve added more TURBOKICK, CARDIO STIXX and YOGA! Be sure to check out the schedule below.
🌻Hannah will be at the gym Tues/Thurs during Powerpump at 9:30am to keep an eye on kids. This is not babysitting, but just someone to keep an eye on the kids. If you need to bring kids, please try to come during this time. If not, please check on your kids periodically to make sure they’re not on any equipment, interrupting classes, or getting into things they shouldn’t. :)
🌻STRENGTH & CONDITIONING with Brandon – Spaces are available for the 7pm session. Focus on building muscle and getting stronger.
🌻SPORTS CONDITIONING (Middle School & High School age) – M/W/F 9:30am and M/W 5:30pm. Spots are still available!
🌻TRX SMALL GROUP – Tues/Thurs 5:20pm – This is a 30-minute full body workout. Great for all fitness levels.
🌻GIRLS EMPOWher GROUP – Meets Friday’s at 10:30-noon. Girls will exercise, have a healthy snack, and do an activity. We will have sessions with Carve Your Own Path, Nutritional PT, Guidance Counselors, and other health professionals.
🌻SUMMER SPECIAL – Commit to Summer (June, July, August) and save $5 each month! Pre-pay full amount, or set up monthly autopay to get the discount.
