A bootcamp style class that includes hitting the boxing bags.
A variety of intervals and intensities will be used, as well as different equipment. The workout will always include elements of kickboxing.
This class will include Cardio, strength and core.

Bring boxing gloves & wraps if you can. I have extras, but it’s most sanitary if you have your own. If you need some, let me know and I’ll order gloves and wraps. *
